Arby's - Henderson

I had a good time at this plaza a while ago and went to eat lunch here. I haven't tried Arby's in years since they shut down a few in California. I was surprised they still have one in Nevada. I had a pleasant and outstanding experience here. My cashier,he was kind.

This location was excellent. Ryan who was handling the drive thru and obviously running the entire place was helpful, friendly and went above and beyond with my crazy order. This is the best location I've been to in a while. The food was also preparedbetter.

Arby's is the most consistent of the fast food places in my personal opinion. It's like a 1997 Toyota Camry of restaurants. You don't brag about it, but you always get what you expect. It's not going to knock your socks off, but it won't disgust you. Thestaff here was very friendly and personable. Place could use a solid cleaning. I'd come back. Sometimes you need a little ToyotaCamry in your diet.

The lobby needs a full cleaning and sanitizer wash everything. The main lobby entrance doors were dirty and hand prints all over the glass, the staff were idling at the registration doing nothing and the attitude is down hill. I am surprised that thislocation in Henderson ? ?

Food excellent as always but my drive thru order was missing an item. I called and the gm was very nice and said he would rectify it next time I came in.
