Sonic Drive-in - Hempstead

This is by far the worst Sonic I have ever visited. Each time I come here, my order is always incorrect. And when I try to explain that my order is wrong, the staff gives me attitude as if I am the problem. The service, takeout food, and atmosphere all deserve a rating of 1 out of 10.

One of the speakers was broke so I moved to another one either the guy couldn't hear me or there was something wrong with the speaker cuz every time I tell him what I wanted he kept repeating it and finally just cut me off a couple of times so I left no service

Freshly made hamburger. meat was hot and salad was cold. good work.

Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Driving through and from out of town, and needed to place 2 orders in drive-they, and was informed, rudely, that they cannot do that, even though it is as easy as closing my order and starting a new one.I have never had a Sonic refuse service like that. Poorly run.

Got there and went to the drive thru at 9am. Sat there at the speaker for nearly 10 minutes. Nobody said anything or even tried to take my order. I go to the window thinking nobody is even there and the girl was on the phone. I ask what the heck and she says she was on the phone with a manager. I told her I was there for a while and she said she doesn’t care how long I’d been there and she says she told me to wait a minute. No words cake through the speaker, which I told her that, and she said it’s not her problem that I didn’t hear her and her phone call was more important than taking my order that would’ve been one drink. I would’ve happily waited a minute if she had actually said something but the 5 minutes I was sitting there with no communication was absolutely ridiculous.
