I was waiting for my click and collect order, which was ready in just 6 minutes. Pete apologized for the brief wait, and my kids received ice treats. Happy kids mean a happy mother! Great service overall.

I've shared my feedback with them, but I'd like to add my review. Tesco has an excellent scan and pack system, much better than Sainsbury's, where I was a loyal customer for about 40 years! The scanners quickly identify when items are on multi-buy offers and automatically adjust the total. The scan and pack area is fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff available if needed. Additionally, the way they reduce the price of each item before we pay is far superior to Sainsbury's, where you have to remember to apply discounts. The only thing I don’t like is that I want to save my Nectar points for something special, and I haven't yet figured out how the Tesco points system works.
