The food was delicious and the service was very friendly and welcoming.

This restaurant provided everything necessary for a solo traveler. While the restaurant itself is a bit simple, the food was excellent and the beer was nicely chilled. The prices are very reasonable compared to other popular restaurants and the quality of the food and friendly service are fantastic.

The restaurant is lovely and inviting. They have made ordering rice and hot boiled dishes simple. The prices are fair and the food is delicious. The portions are generous as well.

Restaurant prices in Helsinki can be quite high, so as a solo traveler, it is a pleasant surprise to find exceptions like Drunch. I was drawn in by the enticing prices for pizzas and Mediterranean Middle Eastern food displayed on a board outside. Upon entering the empty, cozy restaurant with a TV on one wall, it took a moment before a staff member appeared. Despite my limited Finnish and Arabic, I was able to order a delicious pizza and a beer (served from cans in a fridge). The food was tasty, generous in portion size, and offered great value. I visited early in the evening around 8pm, and only one other person came in to pick up a takeaway during my meal. Later in the evening, I noticed a few more patrons inside. Overall, it was a positive dining experience.
