El Rodeo Mexican - Helotes

First time coming here. Food was super delicious and great. Staff were very friendly and great service. The only negative thing was that they charge for anything extra, even a to-go foam plate. Never heard of any place charging you extra for that.Food: 5/5

So my daughter went to pick up a to-go order. Three tacos and returned with one. The bag had three aluminum foil wrapped items so she assumed they were tacos. When she realized there was only one taco, she called the place and the manager said to go back for the other tacos. My daughter lives on the other side of town and explained this was an inconvenience. So I went after my work day and the lady tells me to tell my daughter to never go back because they only serve Mexicans . Needless to say, we will never return to this racist establishment.

HORRIBLE customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. First off, we were told that We only serve Mexicans here. We are Mexican. Second, we do not live in the area but were running errands and thought we should order some tacos for pickup. When we returned home, we noticed that my nephew 's food was missing. When we had called the restaurant they had told us we could come pick it up. Again, we do not live in the area so we were upset that we had to drive all the back to Helotes for a single meal. No compensation was offered whatsoever because they had forgotten a part of the meal nor were we given anything for our troubles. After expressing our disappointment with the service we haa received, we were asked to never return to the restaurant. No disturbance to anyone (customers and workers) was made, only feedback of poor service, but still we have been asked to never return. Not like we wanted to either way

I give them a 2 star review Because the drive through has given themselves a rather large tip everytime I have went. This is ashame I always tip them myself. Then after asking for my receipt it reveals that they have tipped themselves with out my knowledge.This is the absolute last time I go get ripped off. So be prepared to check your ticket.

First of all, it's confusing because you don't know who your server is; multiple staff members come by to take your drink order, and it takes a while before someone actually brings it. They messed up my drink order twice, which I initially thought might just be an off day. After 20 minutes, my two breakfast tacos still weren't ready, so I waited another 5 minutes but eventually decided that was far too long for breakfast tacos. As I was getting up to pay for my drink, one of the staff finally came out from the kitchen with my tacos. I was starving and thought I could quickly eat them in about 5 minutes, but they were cold— not just lukewarm, but downright cold. I mentioned this to the staff member, and she offered to have them remade. But I wasn't about to wait another 25 minutes for that. There needs to be some serious improvement in how this restaurant operates.
