Tisvilde Bistro - Hellerup

As a concept I’m interested in the idea. To move the 80's summer mood from Tisvilde to Hellerup. Well arrived on Tuesday night we were received by welcoming staff who got us placed at our table. After a short review of the menu card we ordered and in the lack of better imagination, we ordered Steak au freely (the big of 350 grams) Shortly after arrival two servings at first glance looked quite excellent, but it was a little missile. I’m usually crazy with mushrooms in general and cantareller in particular, but in this serving it was like a little of the duck was sucked into the crispies. And as the 'crunchy' item in a continuous 'soft' serving is this sin. In addition, the glacen seemed a dish in the taste, but it can be my salt-cooked flavor onions that are in the out of the right point. It was fried to perfection (medium-rare) and of a lovely meat quality. Afterwards we took a cup of coffee, but imho was the wait in the laaaange end from we ordered to the coffee arrived. However, it cannot be said other than good about. We ended up at about 300 /pro pers, which cannot be said to be expensive, and the place is not something wrong with. But I have to put the price in perspective to other similar bistros, even if we blir ' on the north/north side of Copenhagen elsewhere I would look at first. However, it is 3 great stars worthy, and with small corrections will 4 be within reach.
