Ihop - Helena

I had a meal at Helena Licaruon today and it was a great experience. I arrived at 10:30 on a Tuesday, and it was quite empty. The waitress was exceptionally friendly. The wait time for the food was what you would typically expect, and the food itself was delicious. I especially loved the Belgian Dark Chocolate Mousse pancakes—they were fantastic!

I visited for the first time since they rebranded as Ihob. They have a nice variety of burgers, but I was surprised when they tried to charge for the drink that was supposed to come with the burger. On a positive note, I was glad to see they still offer their fantastic breakfast samplers.

I've visited this restaurant about six times, and I've had a pleasant experience each time. Most recently, I went with a group of five on a very busy Sunday morning. IHOP appeared to be well-staffed, and everything was running smoothly, despite the line stretching to the door and more customers arriving. Even with several large parties, the staff managed to keep things on track. I ordered my usual omelette, and it was delicious. The coffee could be improved, but I always order it regardless.

We had a business breakfast meeting at I-HOP recently. Our Waitress was the BEST. I-HOP was understaffed, which the waitress informed us that she was going to do the best she could and for us to be patient. She was timely, attentive, and efficient. I was impressed with how well she did. Our breakfast arrived quickly, especially since it was a large group and the food was good.

I dined at Helena Licaruon today at 10:30 a.m. on a Tuesday. The restaurant had very few patrons, which made for a peaceful atmosphere. The service was in line with the typical wait time for food, and I found the meals to be quite good. The Belgian dark chocolate mousse pancakes were absolutely fantastic!
