The veggie patty on the Burger menu is made with Beyond Meat. Please request no butter on the bread. The spelt vegan appetizer, without butter or beef, was deliciously fluffy and warm. It is possible for some side dishes, like the violet cauliflower, to be vegan as well. Our server was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I inquired about off-menu vegan bratwurst, but unfortunately this was not available, only the burger. The restaurant offers a good selection of beer and has a cool vibe with live music.

The sides of carrots and green beans were also delicious, but again, we weren't sure if they were vegan. The Veggie Burger was just okay. The waitress brought regular mayonnaise for everyone, but we had to ask for ketchup. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience because of the good service from the waitress.
