Przekaż informację zwrotnąI am notifying my revised review only to say that the shop looks pretty cool, but that my wife and I were disappointed that I could not get a banan gap because of a personal and training issue. these things happen and I have decided that there is no point in silence. it was what it was. the value in this review is, I hope to encourage, interested to ask what they want, but to be ready to understand that the entire menu may not be available. so be it. I am aware of the problems of service staff. I have been working in the professional service industry for a long time, including my own company. the personal problems happen. the disappointment of the customers happens and sometimes despite our best efforts. I would like to think that next time I'm crying, ga, would visit that I would try again and that the ice and the service would be both excellent as I'm sure the owner wants. I survived the pandemic. I survived cancer. I am surviving the tiny annoying of an ice cream disappointment. I'm just registering for banana split training!
In front of the registern there was a captivity of Kongealing soda on the floor, as the pair of employees left on the phone. the line was so long and their attitude so bad, we decided to stay and wait only to work the ppl there, who clearly wished we would go.
Bad. don't waste your time. these people can hardly work an ice cream button. the two shrinks who work there must smoke dope or something.
Good selection, fair prices. the staff was younger and not very attentive. waited for the service for 3 children. placed an order, then they used to begin to count sharpen on ice cream cooler. we waited patiently, set the second order, then they had to wait until they were done to ride the ride, and to get the third order and get money out. is was good, service. not so much.
Ice-cream was good, they had a good selection, prices were good. Service was awesome! Younger kid behind the counter, said it was his second day when we started chatting. Sadly, the poor guy was working by himself and the line was huge from people after lunch and then trying to get out of the rain.He was very patient and friendly with all of the questions from our 3 kids, and was working hard, great service. But I am knocking a star for him being swamped, alone on his second day, that's just not cool.
