This restaurant was recommended by our tour guide as a great chance to take a break from German food and really indulge in some authentic Italian cuisine. He warned us the restaurant was small and food took its time coming out. He wasn't wrong about...the wait or how wonderful the food was. We had some simple and classic to us Italian red sauce dishes with pasta. The sauce had a buttery richness to it that we weren't used to from the US Northeastern Italian restaurants, and it was delicious. They had some good house Italian red wine and the decor was warm and inviting. The wait staff was generally very nice but also very busy. There was a nice woman who seemed like she was running the place and she was waiting on most of the tables, with some help. It took a while to get our appetizers and then meals but everything came out perfectly and we felt very welcomed. Overall it was definitely worth the wait
