Mr. Zhao Nudel Show - Heidelberg

On my constant search for a place where there are good noodles, a friend mentioned the mr. zhao nudel show in heidelberg. interesting name, what is the show? I decided to look by tonight for lunch. this inconspicuous local has only 12 seats at the theke, so it is "Eat-and-Go", no time to stay. I guess “Mr. Zhao” is the noodle cutting robot that prepares the 刀削面 (dāoxiāomiàn)? the noodles are freshly cut and prepared on order. there are also fresh 拉面 (lāmiàn), prepared by a Romanian – I chose this for my bark soup. nothing goes about the tough texture of fresh, hand-drawn noodles, and in combination with delicately sworn bark and a rich bark broth it was enough to put me back into my days in shanghai, in which I sat in a tiny load in a street and slept hot noodles! there are only 7 dishes on the menu, so on my next return I will try the noodles in a tomato based broth

Very good suppen kitchen in traditional china style. in the afternoon many asiates in the load, which speaks for good kitchen ..

Very traditional Chinese nudel soup. super tasty and cheap. daily dish always surprising. nice condition. the fish sauce sharp and unique.

Mr. zhao Nudel-Show is my hometown. it is a very inconspicuous bistro, where you are at the tresen, but eating is unique! the card includes 8 dishes, 5 of which are noodles with freshly made knife noodles, dumplings, fried noodles and bark with vegetables and rice.All dishes are excellent, affordable and come in large portions. even the fried noodles (I usually can't) are excellent. but the most exotic is probably the soup with bark (the first dish on the map), my absolute favorite dish at all...the broth is very strong, the meat is literally falling in mouth and the noodles are fantastic, not to compare with the soup we know...especially recommended to refine the soup with the homemade chili paste. mr zhao and his team make sure you feel welcome!

You can't be fooled by the soups, even those are huge! :) I thought I'd just take one soup, because I didn't have so much hunger. that was bigger than thought, but very tasty. the nudes are as similar to thick late zle, you can see how they come from the nude machine. the restaurant is very small and one sits almost on the counter, but since no one was there except us, it was very quiet. mr. zhao is very friendly and accommodating, we are happy to come back!
