Backmulde - Gasthaus - Hotel

We (2 people) decided to go to the backmulde restaurant on a Friday evening with a reservation that we had booked a day before. the sitting possibilities in the hof did not like us so well and we decided in what we think has a more pleasant atmosphere. the service was good all night, the staff was attentive, took orders quickly and was friendly. especially well we liked the compact menu where everything sounds delicious. Since it was the first time we were here, we can't say how many times it changes. the food has been good, the quality good and the food well thought out. there is still room for improvement, but the prices were fair and acceptable. we enjoyed our stay and will probably come back again, especially if the menu changes with the seasons.

The backmulde is located in the middle of the old town, but it is in a side street you do not have the feeling of an overrun tourist restaurant. the ambiente is good, the service very good and the eating even better. also the service was very friendly and price performance also fits. a wonderful choice for a cozy evening in the old town. we are happy to come back!
