Jack's - Heflin

They once were the best chicken restaurant in town but lately their chicken is old and very dry. I ordered a chicken breast meal and the chicken breast was mostly batter and bones. The chicken that was in it, was so dry that it was like chicken jerky! The Cole slaw isn't as good as before either. I don't know what has happened to my favorite restaurant here but their food quality has really went down hill. It's a shame because they were the best restaurant in town before. I heard they went corporate, maybe that's the problem. They even discontinued the best salad ever, chefs salad. Hopefully, they will read this and fix their problems and not be another bad restaurant here in Heflin! Old chicken should not be served to any customer! They also have discontinued their mac-n-cheese which was their best side. They hardly have any side choices as it is! Please get it back together Jack's!

Although they are always busy, eating is really good!

Much better service at the place in heflin, al. bowdon, ga. jacks has what I think is a management problem and a lack of training of their employees who also falls on the administration and until the upper administration fixes it, I will not visit the biwdon, ga.

Typical almost food. employees were not impressive. the daughter liked her burger. nice that they were available for a quick trip meal.

We go through the drive through a lot it convinc to us cause it's so close to the house. The service is ok not the worst in the world but not the best either. The food is ok the breakfast food is the best at this Jack and that is. Mostly all we get from there .
