Burger Chef - Heddon Greta

This place was formerly great when they first opened up here, but unfortunately he went downhill with regard to quality and worth for money that I feel as they would be in other areas franchising and whoever runs this place, has the quality and care lost the days of the fantastic crispy chips that they were made unique away the burgers that we had been getting the unprofessional nature of the answer from this place where the customers accuse is a sign of a badly managed business

I was a customer again. but I will not return. I ordered online for a delivery, fully paid. receive a call (5-10 minutes before the delivery time) informs me that they will no longer deliver to my opposite. I told them that I have a hungry child and we have codified, so not in the position to get in business. they will reimburse me, but will last about 10 days. your company has lost our trust and their customer service is appalling. do not recommend. edit: every time I have ordered that I have contacted the staff to check if they like to deliver to my address, they will indicate at every okkassion that I have to put in a heddon Greta street address and then have to write my full address in the comments at checkout. that is word for word from her personal. no word of a lie of me.

I have my order at 6:30 and not yet received it 2 hours later....as not impressed as I was told about an hour ago, it would leave there in ten minutes. it's 830 now and I have an apology as they only have one driver....so not happy.

Honestly if your wanting a nice delicious burger with lots of goodness go to Burger Chef. Food is great and the customer service is wonderful. We have purchased a burger each for the last 4/5 days (taking a break today but will definitely be back next week)

Excellent burger ... but I won't be back because $20 $19.90 to be exact) for a small chips, can of drink and a cheese and bacon burger is over the top.
