Pizza Passion Outlet - Heckmondwike

This was my first time visiting this restaurant after receiving an offer through a text message. I originally went to one in Birstall that I used to frequent, but it turns out my order was at the Heckmondwike location. I'm not sure how they got my details, but it was a pleasant surprise. The pizza had plenty of toppings, which was necessary with 4 children. They even threw in a free bottle of cola, which was much needed after a stressful day dealing with car issues. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. The service was for takeout.

I ordered food from this restaurant and while the food was okay, I had a negative experience with the delivery driver. The driver was rude, arrived at my door smoking weed, and blew the smoke in my face while I was holding my six-month-old baby. I was very shocked and appalled by his behavior. I do not recommend ordering food for delivery from this place as the driver was extremely disrespectful. The driver was driving a Ford Fiesta and had a young girl in the front seat. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

Ordered at 9:50 said food was being prepared. Got an email at 10:20 saying “your order has being cancelled” I understand it closes on a Sunday at 10:30 but why take an order you can’t fulfill and leave me waiting for an hour until I saw the update. It took over 2 hours to receive my food, I had to call three times and listen to the lady on the phone argue with the chefs. Absolutely ridiculous. I used to love this place but waiting 2 hours with no explanation is unacceptable. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
