McDonald's - Heckmondwike

Last night at 9 o'clock went 4 of us to mcdonalds, there were a few people in, but it wasn't packed. we have placed our order and observed how several customers collected.

Rubbish. burgers cold. have not made any forks or dressing available. that happened three times now. absolutely useless.

This place was really good in the past. it has gone so far downhill I cannot believe it is the same place. the staff is rude and can not wait to get rid of them, eating is always cold and it takes forever to get through the drive through. they better go by and go to birstall.

Dirty food gave me food poisoning would not recommend

Just a star, I don't have the tomato sauce I ordered, or drink the orange juice
