Przekaż informację zwrotnąI ordered on a half price Thursday offer in December. The barista (Macie) stated it was illegal to honor the half off drink offer on my app!! I replied that I had just ordered one there last Thursday with no problems. Macie replied Who was it? Because they can be fired! I asked if she was new and Macie responded No! I 've been here a year! After leaving and paying full price I contacted Starbucks who apologized and informed me that they absolutely can honor half price offers. The next day I contacted Macie 's Manager who apologized and said there absolutely is no reason not to honor the offer! It 's one thing to be misinformed about how to do your job but this young girl was the most disrespectful and rude person! I will go out of my way from now on for kind and respectful service at a real Starbucks!!
I ordered through the app as I always do, a grande cinnamon dolce latte, and I received this and almost empty... I asked, and the girl just smiled and said nothing.... total disappointment!!!
This starbucks used to be gas last year. Recently, the drinks have been made so incredibly mid. About a month ago they got my order completely wrong and the lady who was in front of me received the wrong size. When she told a worker and asked for the size she paid for, they tried fighting her on it. Today I got two different breads. When got it, one of them was still in the plastic wrapper and shoved into the paper bag. The costumer service awful. The workers are always gossiping instead of doing their job and they aren’t very friendly. This is actually the worst starbucks i’ve ever been to in my entire life and I would rather drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the florence starbucks. Truly, I avoid this place at all costs.
As someone who gets starbucks practically every day or is at lest shopping at this kroger every day these baristas are trying their best to get every order out in a timely manner and with accuracy. So please be patient complaining isn't going to get you drink our or don any faster. Especially when your there during the busiest times of day. And if you do want to complain go talke to the people at the services desk ask them to speak to a kroger manager.
I've been here twice since the remodel and both times half of my order was made quickly and I waited 20+ minutes on the second half. I submitted an order at 11:26 with an estimated time of 11:35. The order was one hot drink and one iced. The hot drink was finished at 11:45 and the iced drink wasn't made until I had to ask where it was. My order was complete at several minutes past noon. Nearly 40 minutes to make two drinks. Nevermind that the hot drink sat for 15+ minutes while waiting on the iced one. You can do better Starbucks.
