Called them and they brought my order to the door and handed it to me so I didn't have to wait in the drive thru line.
Employees need to pay better attention to alternating the drive thru lines. I've watched others who go through the outer lane and it's like those customers get forgotten as the inner lane continues to move. This finally happened to me as well, and three cars were served before I gave up. I waited patiently, didn't say anything until after the third car had their order taken and I was still at the speaker. I tried to get their attention and no answer. I know they're understaffed at this location, but please pay more attention. The food has been okay, and the orders have been correct.
Went today Sunday around 5pm. There was a car at the window and I pulled up to speaker. I got a will be right with you. I waited 10 minutes and finally left. This is a constant thing at Burger King. How do they stay in business? If I were the owner I would definitely get new management.
The food disserved 3.5 stars but I rounded it up to 4 since you can't award half stars. I got a whopper combo. It had been a while since I had eaten in a Burger King. I was a little dismayed that the beef patty wasn't very thick at all and wasn't all that hot and neither were the French fries. We went to BK because it was conveniently located along our route.
1:30pm 1/17/24 Absolutely ridiculous, I pulled up for a drive through order, being the only person in line, I was told that they are short staffed and can’t take any orders until 2:00pm There we’re at least two people working, I’d like to know what they were doing.
