Cucina Rustico - Heber City

It was definitely worth traveling from Utah county to Heber city! The dough, sauce, ingredients and cooking were perfect. I highly recommend it

Finally, rustic pizza is done right. Drop into Cucina Rustico and enjoy the best pizza in Utah. Located right beside the Historic Wasatch Stake Tabernacle in downtown Heber. Yes, it 's a food truck and not a restaurant, but don 't let that deter you from ordering up a wonderful 10 piece of heaven. Try their special pizzas, I had a sausage and pepperoni with honey on it, which was out of this world.

Delicious pizza!!! A perfectly light and crispy crust (that somehow reminded me of donuts), excellent sauce, and perfect toppings! I can't believe I've never tried this food truck before. I'll be tracking it down regularly now!
