Papa Johns Pizza - Heath

Friendly service. pizzas always hot and fresh when they pick it up, short waiting times. friendly customer service staff, if they request order, very knowledgeable about the menu and the specialties that contain at the time. retention is always clean when I visit the hot situation. overall I give the place a 5 out of 5 stars, keep the good work and continue to make good pizza!

Placed my order online. my family and I mouths watered thinking of what was being delivered. got a conformation email and we sat back to wait. then the phone rang and it was papa john's telling me they have no delivery driver and we could use door dash or cancel the order. so we were forced to cancel the order. talk about a disappointed family. next time papa john's should break the news to them. the website shouldn't have let me place a delivery order if they had no drivers.

Horrible horrible place some food cold , then horrible rude girl name Halley rude infront and two customers , yelling at employees hope she’s not a sup. she makes the company look horrible mistreated ,unprofessional all around,Needs some serious work and improvement and proper training ,experienced in pizza work and I think that’s the worst yet . Doesn’t look or walk into a happy work pizza place all in all .

Don't use the order ahead. I ordered my pizza at 4:30 to be picked up at 6:45. When I arrived at 6:45 I was told that my pizza had not been started yet, and it would be another 40-50 minutes. I asked what the point of the order ahead function. I was told that there really is no point and it takes last priority. I asked if I ordered a pizza right now if it would be made faster than the order ahead and I was told yes. I think Papa John's needs to rethink their priorities!

Placed an order for a large pepperoni pizza and two 2 l of mountain dew. They only delivered one 2 l and said they would come back. 2 hours later nobody came back. Called the store they said they would send it out on the next delivery. Well that never happened 4 hours later the stores closed and still haven't received the 2 l that I paid for. Worst place ever.
