I don't even know where to begin... they couldn't even take the order right- they literally lost half our order?? Then they had to ring multiple transactions- STILL made the one drink all wrong. Finally a manager comes over, assesses the situation, and hersolution?? While there are unhappy customers speaking to her?? Oh.. she decided to charge us THIRTY SEVEN CENTS for the oatmilkTHEY FORGOT! I work in the food industry- and I can absolutely promise you that if a kitchen or front of house staff membermakes a mistake- not once, but twice- the CUSTOMER does NOT PAY for that mistake. This whole dunkin experience was absolutelyawful and the blonde female manager needs additional training so she can better deal with these situations when theyarise. Needless to say- only go to this dunkin if you're absolutely desperate.
The coffee was great, but I went there specifically because I sponsored a contest offering free coffee if the Philadelphia Eagles won. I was disappointed to find out they didn't participate in it. It's frustrating to see a Pennsylvania location supporting a New York team. I won't be returning!
I currently work here, and it's an amazing place to be employed. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the management is excellent. If you're on the lookout for a fun and enjoyable job, this is definitely the place to work!
