Papa John's Pizza - Hazel Green

We order food from this restaurant every week, usually opting for carryout. However, today we decided to have our meal delivered. Unfortunately, after waiting for over an hour, our pizza still didn't arrive. Despite multiple calls and assurances that it was on its way, we eventually gave up and canceled our order. We understand that staffing shortages may have been a factor, but we wish we had been informed earlier that a delivery driver was unavailable. We would have been happy to pick up our order instead. It was disappointing to see our kids upset because their pizza never arrived, especially since we had already added a tip for the delivery. It's regrettable, but we will not be ordering from this restaurant again. We plan to switch to Marcos for our future orders.

I ordered a pizza at 2pm for a 5pm delivery. I called at 5:30pm to inquire about my order, as it had not been delivered. The store said I could receive a free pizza, then hung up on me. The pizza finally arrived at 5:40pm, but my subsequent calls went unanswered. I will not be ordering from Papa John's again. Besides, Pizza Hut is better anyway.

Ordered my pizza for pickup at 5:30 and didn 't get my food until 6:20 despite being told several times it would only be 15 minutes or less than 5 . They did apologize and tried to make it right but if I knew it would take that long I would 've justcalled domino 's.

We phoned in an order for delivery, being told it would take approximately 15 minutes. However, an hour and 15 minutes later, we still hadn't received our pizza. When my husband called to inquire, the person on the phone said the driver was already on our street. Despite this, it took another 15 minutes for the delivery to finally arrive, even though our home is just a few minutes away from the main roads. The phone service was also lacking, with rude behavior from the lady who answered our calls. To make matters worse, when the pizza did arrive, it was not what we had ordered. Multiple attempts to rectify the situation were met with being hung up on or ignored, until we had to call from a different number just to get through. The overall experience at this Papa John's store was disappointing due to the poor customer service.

Papa J's use to b the last pizza place I'd go to ....but man they sure have stepped the game up specially after that D-bag owner stopped placing himself in all the commercials ???? anyways this place ain't new, I'm just saying it's my #1 pizza go to'sbefore I call any other competition like Donemihoes, Pizza Butt, and lil seizures...!
