Burger King - Hazel Crest

One of the best restaurants I have visited. Takeout service: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5.

The burgers don't taste like the ones from Burger King; something just seems off. The fries don't look or taste like BK fries either. The napkins are definitely not from Burger King, and the Coke has a strange flavor. Is this even a real Burger King?

I never even got a chance to order food! I went through the drive-thru on a Sunday evening at 7:10 PM, and after about 10 minutes, I finally reached the menu to place my order. I waited another 3 or 4 minutes with no one speaking over the speaker. I even tried saying “hello” to let them know I was there, but eventually, all I heard was a blunt “We are closed” at 7:25 PM. What kind of hours are they operating on? This was my last visit! If the service is this bad, I can't imagine what the food would be like. Service: Takeout Service: 1/5
