Jabo's Coal River Grill - Hazard

Visit by charlotte, nc for the work. try to order hot brown and it is served only Friday and Saturday (not specified in the menu). so I ordered pork chops with zucchini frits and speck mac n cheese, but they also don't have zucchini fries anymore (but on menu). then I changed the zucchini frits to embellish the spinat they had. I forgot to mention that I sat at the bar that is no longer allowed to serve alcohol per the great condition of kentucky, so that I drank an arnold palmer instead of a beer. wait for dinner. black laces were delicious. mac n cheese with speck also. sautéed spinat was a bit light. wait for strawberry cheesecake. to bet. Strawberry cheesecake was delicious, although it was served with a spoon. - yes. overall a good meal and good service. I'll be right back.

I absolutely loved it! The decor was fantastic, and the food was even better! The staff was really friendly, too. Since we’re not from the area, this restaurant was a perfect spot for us to unwind and enjoy a good meal in an unfamiliar place. I can't emphasize enough how amazing the coal and Jack Daniels-themed decor was! If we ever find ourselves back in the area, we will definitely return. Be sure to try the sweet potato fries, mac and cheese, and banana peppers—everything was delicious! The pizza was great as well!

Fantastic pizza with light, thin crusts. really first guess. I have no other meal menu items, but the salads are also excellent. a beautiful, fresh tasty bite in the eastern kentucky. my man had the chicken sluice and found it just as good. the service was timely and attentive without disturbing our visit. will definitely eat here again at my next visit in perry county.

We eat here at least once each time when we make holiday in wpb, florida. the auberginenpizza is phenomenal. good staff also.

I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. The service was terrible, and the food was both overpriced and disappointing. Our meals were served at different times, with the salads arriving last after we inquired about them. We only received drink refills once, and that was after we had already finished our meals. I ordered the 8 oz Ribeye, but it turned out to be more like 4 oz of thin, overcooked meat with an additional 4 oz of fat attached. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.
