The management at this restaurant is extremely disrespectful to their employees, which results in slow service. The staff takes a long time to bring out the food because they are lacking team support.

Only 3 sauces allowed per combo! That's disappointing. As a loyal customer who frequents this place often, I would expect them to be more generous with giving extra sauce. Unfortunately, you have to pay for any additional sauce.

I recently ordered a spicy chicken sandwich from this restaurant and was disappointed to find that it was served cold and the lettuce was wilted and brown. After eating some of the sandwich, I started experiencing symptoms of food poisoning and had severe stomach pain. To make matters worse, I saw a roach on the floor while picking up my food. The manager should also improve their treatment of employees and refrain from yelling at them.

Not going back. 1) Too long a wait when at the speaker (4-5 minutes) 2) Overcharging. I wanted a croissant with added egg and cheese. He instead chose to do. #22, take out sausage, ADD egg white/cracked egg? it already has egg!!! 3) Stressed manager atwindow handing out orders doesn?t attempt to listen. The manager at window repeated ?that?s everything boss? multiple timesinstead of hearing to what I wanted (sauce condiments). 4) Still gets order wrong. Yay! Since you?re raising prices of foodby over 20%, please consider helping your workers more. Not recommended.

The guy handling register is preparing your drinks right after touching dirty money from random strangers. Ewwwww it?s like using the restroom and not washing your hands. ???? Health ???? They need to stop this asap.
