When we turned down the bedding for the night, we were shocked to find long black hair on the pillows and sheets! It appeared that the bed had been made, but the linens had not been changed since the last guest, which was very disappointing. Unfortunately, housekeeping had already gone for the day, so the issue wasn't resolved until the following day. Additionally, the hot tub was out of service, and at least one entrance door had a malfunctioning lock. I also noticed that the restaurant is no longer open for breakfast; they now offer cold wrapped food in the lobby that must be microwaved. Overall, Flat Creek has a fantastic facility with great food and service staff, but I hope they can improve in the housekeeping and maintenance departments to maintain their reputation.

The food at Flat Creek is diverse and all very good. The employees are great. The atmosphere ranges from quiet to loud fun . (It is attached to a hotel!
