Burger King - Hayti

Prompt service! Fresh made fries and hash browns. It was just the right thing I needed after 14 hrs of cross country drive.

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were rude, and the management seemed unprofessional. All the tables were dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired, despite the exterior looking quite new. I placed a simple order for two burgers and an order of onion rings, but after waiting for 30 minutes for the onion rings and still not receiving them, we decided to leave. Dear Burger King, this location really needs improvement."

This is probably one of the best Burger Kings I've visited. The staff were extremely friendly! The restrooms were clean, but the floors had a somewhat slippery, greasy feel. Additionally, the water pressure was barely sufficient to rinse the soap off my hands.

The dining experience and service were terrible. The service was slow, and the staff seemed to ignore customers who were ready to order. It was quite unsettling. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for the server to take my order while he attended to others first and then disappeared into the back. I ordered 20 spicy nuggets, 10 regular nuggets, and some cookies, and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for what turned out to be the worst bun I've ever had.

The car before us sat there for about 10 minutes or more. we couldn't go because we still had a car behind us. the car in front of us ends at the take-off and get out so that we move up. the order screen was empty, no one knows anything. we give it a minute then say hello. Someone answers and says they just have to hold, we are really supported now! we're waiting for a good time, then they're gonna move and go.
