Traveling through on a long trip, ưe happened upon Paisley Pair. Good service, excellent atmosphere. They executed their menu really well. The menu was not large, and I found myself wanting some kind of vegetable side, but that's only a minor quibble. What they did was really good.

Very neat place. The food was great with even better service. The made in Kansas market they have is really cool.

Excellent, excellent food and staff. If youre in Hays, dont pass this place up! Live music on fridays.
