I didn't get a chance to try the hot dog because I filled my tacos with it and had the fries on the side, haha! I'll definitely try it next time!

The tacos here are incredibly flavorful. As someone who deeply misses the tacos from my hometown of Dodge City, this place perfectly satisfies that craving. The meat is simply outstanding, and they load each taco with a generous amount of toppings, including caramelized onions, cilantro, lime, and both red and green salsa cups, along with a grilled jalapeño on the side. The portion sizes are impressive, too. If you’re looking for authentic tacos, I highly recommend this spot!
4* for the street tacos. Tried this taco trailer a few times while in town for work. Its literally a very small taqueria taco trailer in the parking lot of Dollar Tree, but they have some good food people are nice. The chicken pork street tacos for $150 are probably my fav, the chicken enchiladas were also good, wasn't super stoked on the chicken quesadilla but it wasn't bad just kind of bland....definitely needed the extra guac I paid for the peppy red seeded salsa. Yeah the red salsa has plenty of seeds bite but it's good. Overall its not a bad stop for food in Hays.
