No cashier's and self checkout backed up. Not so great

Wow I was surprised on how big and clean and organized is this food market in such a small town! Wish we had something like this in south Florida!

Normal needs better management in all departments.Need take lessons from Publix Markets

We stopped here to get a couple subs on our way home last night. First, the subs were well below par, bland, little flavor and the rolls were mushy. Nothing at all like Publix subs. Secondly, the woman who prepared them was unfriendly, complained about her job/pay and grumbled each time we responded to what we wanted on the subs. If you don’t like your job, quit. Don’t take it out on your customers.
