Dropped in to grab some caffine for the road. Only one person on staff, but she was remarkably helpful and did a skillful job helping me navigate the order options. Mocha was excellent, and everyone else seemed to enjoy theirs too. Definitely worth a detour away from the local Big Chain Espresso, which was not as impressive.

Super disappointed! I love Thomas Hammer and I just spent 15 mins in line waiting for a matcha that was made with the wrong milk As I was leaving I saw 2 people sitting inside with drinks and I’m wondering why it took 15 mins to make 1 drink?? I want to support our local businesses and felt compelled to write a review to help alert management to help keep their current customers by giving feedback. Thomas Hammer Hayden location

The coffee is pretty good, I always get the El Diablo. Only problem is how long it takes and with only one person working there I understand it's going to take a while so maybe if possible get another person to work there too.

I love Thomas Hammer coffee and food. But this is pathetic, only one worker. I felt so bad for him. He was swamped and trying his best. We were the only ones in line and had to wait 15 min before he could take our order.Tom (as in the man Thomas Hammer) come on, get some employees in here!
