Stella And Danny's - Hawthorne

The place is very understaffed. Our waitress never even placed our order and she walked out of the place. I wouldn't ever come to this place for a meal. The only positive was the live band that played. Stay away if you plan to have a meal there.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The service was absolutely horrid. We came on a Friday night when there were at most 5 other tables in the establishment. We came at 8pm and I'm sitting here at 10:15 with NO food no appetizers, soup nothing. The waitress has an attitude and does not care that we've been waiting for 2+ hours for our food. If it weren't for the fact that we were with the band that was playing, we would have left an hour ago. Just do yourself a favor and steer clear of this one. (The speak easy downstairs looks cool though)

I recently visited Stella Danny's for the first time on a Monday afternoon. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Stella herself who accompanied me throughout my meal. I decided to try the Sicilian Spaghetti, which I was told is a personal favorite of the owner and also happens to be the restaurant's best-selling dish. I savored my meal while watching local cable news and listening to contemporary music. The portion of salad I received was small, but that was definitely a blessing as the serving of spaghetti was very generous. I made sure to mop up every last bit of sauce with the delicious bread and left feeling completely satisfied.

This restaurant is a fantastic place to dine, drink, and enjoy time with family and friends. Yesterday, I hosted my baby's baptism here and everything was fantastic. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was clean and inviting, with great music. The staff were smiling and provided excellent service. Ronnie, in particular, was kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant.
