Starbucks - Hawthorne

Great staff, always cheerful and quick to greet customers by name. It's also one of the cleanest places around!

I felt like I wasted my time placing my order only to arrive and find out they were out of what I wanted! They really need to check their inventory before accepting orders and update their menu accordingly to prevent this from happening again. It seems like either they’re not putting in the effort to manage orders properly or they lack clarity about their available options.

I like to come to this location service is in the really great and lines are not typically super long. also they always make my coffee right. the drive thru is a little peculiar. the loudspeaker for ordering is located in front of the menu on a light curve I did not recognize until I went to the menu to order and the microphone was easy behind me. also lol this is actually a little funny. I came this morning to pick up an online order and how you can see my name is quite unique. (It is the land, literally and so pronounced) after the personal came another person with my name and claimed my eating. I suppose it was the person they were trying to give me. our names are not similar. as if you hadn't listened to the names and gave them my food, it's okay. I suppose. I just heard. but to say, someone came with the SAME name when I took my eating is funny lol this is a solid situation.

Very poor service! I placed an online mobile order to avoid drive thru wait time and regular wait time. Order was suppose to be ready at 8:23pm. Been waiting for 20 mins with no update and just a “sorry for the wait” not even a “what’s your name for the order.” I don’t recommend if you’re in a rush. I’m a really patient person but they do not know how to manage their time properly and I strongly recommend a DM (district manager) to come check out the way this place is running.
