Carl’s Jr. - Hawthorne

I went on Monday the 4th and a young African-American man helped me and I told him that he spoke Spanish and he said contemptuously that he didn't and he didn't call anyone to help him translate and take care of me, he didn't care and I left because of that, he made me feel bad and then they say that one is the racist that we treat them badly, they must have someone who can serve in Spanish, remember that our clients get their salaries. That's why I won't go to that place again, I went to another Carl's Jr. that was somewhat nearby and there was a Hispanic who spoke Spanish and English and he treated me well. I hope the owners, partners or whoever cares what happened to me do something about it.

It is now 1:06 a.m. 2/8/2024 on a cold rainy night. I went to this Carl's Jr. with low expectations, but I am totally shocked at how fresh and delicious this food is. I was only in the drive thru for like 5 minutes and there was someone in front of me. Although 14 dollars for a fast food combo is a bit expensive, I think it was very, very close to being worth it. Props to the chef and whoever else was working in there.

I didn't even notice this cute little restaurant UNTIL I found some coupons in my mailbox recently. This is a very clean, quaint place. The server manager was very professional and the food was made hot, fresh, and DELICIOUS. ????? The best part? Easy parking and NO HOMELESS FRIENDS STANDING BY.???????THANK YOU JESUS. AMEN. Cashier did not greet me or help me. I had to tell him I had a mobile order. He proceeds to help other customers then tells me he can't do everything when I arrived he was not doing anything. Need to be trained on better customer service skills.
