The restaurant was spotless! The service was excellent and friendly! My husband highly recommends the onion rings—they're outstanding! The prices are very reasonable. You certainly won't leave hungry! I suggest trying the grilled chicken breast, which comes with sautéed peppers, onions, and cheese, along with two sides, all for just $9.99. It's a generous portion that's perfect for sharing or taking home for another meal!

From a massive Southwest salad to a classic American Patty Melt, this place is a gem for anyone who truly appreciates good food. Next time, I plan to try the Mexican farewell dish, which looks quite creative. The salsa was fresh, making me eager to sample more from the menu. Our waitress, Jackie, shared the story of Hawkins along with some lighthearted laughs, including a brief lesson about Aunt Jemima's origins and her pancake legacy in Hawkins, TX. I can't wait to return for breakfast!

I must say, it's definitely one of the largest family-owned restaurants in East Texas. The first time I tried the baked chicken breast meal, it was fabulous. On two occasions, I ordered the pork chop meal, which comes with two large pieces of pork and a side salad for just $10.99. The portions are huge, and I was able to make three meals out of it. I'll definitely be going back!

We just stopped at Richy's Grill for lunch. I can honestly say we're back soon! The food and service were both great! If a Richy was in White Oak, TX, I would never eat at home!
