We ordered salads, which were poorly prepared; one salad was mainly just lettuce, missing several ingredients. I even saw someone drop fries on the counter, pick them up with bare hands, and then put them back in a meal box. Overall, the experience left a very sour impression. To the owner of St-Hubert in Hawkesbury: please do not leave young staff to manage the restaurant alone, and ensure they receive proper training in food preparation. If I return and don't see at least one responsible adult present, I will simply walk out without placing an order. From what I've seen in reviews over the past couple of months, I am not the only one raising these concerns. It suggests that the owner may not be addressing the issues or lacks control over the situation. I'm sorry to say, but the feedback is there for anyone to see.

We visited the St-Hubert BBQ in Hawkesbury, and the experience was disappointing. I ordered a leg combo with ribs, but received a breast instead. The ribs were extremely dry, and the fries were cold. Overall, the food was not worth the $72 we spent for two meals—it was way too much. Nenny's is much better! St-Hubert feels just like any other chain, and the quality has really declined. It seems like teenagers are running the place, and the food quality reflects that—it was quite bad.

I ordered takeout for my team working the night shift, and the food was fantastic! The service was really swift, too.

No drink included with the surprise combo (very upsetting),and no fork with the coleslaw. Had to squeeze the coleslaw out out of the plastic container to eat it cause no fork was provided. Lack of fries big time. Had to repeat myself talking. Wasn't happy about the no fork at all.

Personally I wasn't a fan of the food not because of the representation it was just the overall taste. Just not for me. However, the customer service was fantastic and the place was very clean.
