Pizza Pizza - Hawkesbury

We ordered delivery and I requested extra sauce, as it's usually free everywhere else. Unfortunately, they didn't include it.

I witnessed a rather concerning interaction at the restaurant. The woman who makes the pizzas informed a customer that she had forgotten to add sauce to their order and asked if she could just put it on top instead. The customer rightly pointed out that sauce is a fundamental part of a pizza and requested a new one. Meanwhile, the man with glasses who takes orders took the incorrectly made pizza and placed it in the warming station that sells individual slices. When someone inquired about buying a slice from that pizza, he stated that it had to be sold as a whole pie. This incident sheds light on the kind of operation they are running here. Fortunately, there is another staff member, a bearded man, who is a breath of fresh air; he is very friendly and accommodating, which makes the experience a bit more pleasant.

Exellent service. They take the time to tell you the new things that are ok the menu. Pretty solid place and awesome layout.
