Pepperoncini Restaurant Bar, Havertown

We’ll definitely return! The menu offers a great variety across all categories. Everything was served at the perfect temperature, and the portions were very generous. The scallopini was outstanding, and the veal cutlets were cooked to perfection. We also shared a slice of Mrs. G’s homemade cake for dessert. Plus, it’s BYOB!

We had a delightful dinner at Pepperoncini on Friday night. Each of us savored a well-crafted cocktail along with a glass of wine, and the selection of wines was excellent! We started with the pumpkin ravioli, which was fantastic. I ordered the short rib special served on a bed of parmesan risotto, and it was incredibly tasty! My husband also loved his shrimp scampi. We appreciate the great TV setup for watching sports too!

I was quite disappointed with the short rib dish. I had noticed it as a weekly special and decided to come in for dinner because of it. Unfortunately, the short rib was very fatty and didn't have much meat for the price. I don't mind paying for a good cut of meat—I really enjoy Capital Grille—but I probably won't be returning. On a positive note, the server was very pleasant and accommodating.

Another wonderful meal! We had the stuffed fig appetizer special and the veal dinner special. Both were excellent!
