Nick's Pizza - HAVERTOWN

I found it particularly confusing and upsetting, as he is African American like me, and I can't understand why I was met with such blatant disrespect. My girlfriend was so taken aback by the encounter that she considered calling the police, as she's never faced anything like this, especially from a small pop-up pizzeria. This level of disrespect is unacceptable. If I had approached him with an attitude or without a greeting, I could understand a negative response, but I was polite. I believe this individual should be terminated from their position, and if no action is taken, I will take my concerns to social media. Thank you.

Fantastic pizza and incredible cheesesteaks! The friendly demeanor of their regular delivery driver, always smiling, is definitely a major plus.

The management here is chaotic and unprofessional. I encountered rude staff who seemed self-centered and disorganized. If you're looking for good service, I would advise caution. Those in management definitely need to improve their people skills to foster better relationships with both customers and employees. The cleanliness of the establishment is concerning, and it raises questions about food preparation practices. It's troubling that the public is unaware of how their food is prepared, which leads to a lack of standards for cleanliness. Overall, the food is unimpressive and no better than what you could make at home.

Always fresh and fast service. Never had any issues. Again, please disregard the latest negative comments on Nick's. My favorite item to order is the beef cheesesteak with sharp provolone, fried onions, and fried long shots and it is always, without a doubt, hands-down the best!!! I'm not saying that they don't make mistakes and get backed up with deliveries, but they are human. It can get really crazy in there, but is worth the wait.

Last night was our first and last time ordering anything from Nicks. The gentelman who answered the phone was very nice and the only decent part of the experience. He told us it would take a little over an hour for our very simple order, I agreed because it was a Friday night. I called an hour and 15 minutes later to check on our meal. I was told the driver was on his way and would be no more than 10 minutes. 40 minutes later, still no food! I called back and he said they had lost track of the driver. I asked that he locate the driver while I was on the phone. I heard the man on the phone talking to someone else in the restaurant (was later told that man wa the manager) who was very rude about our call. I told them if our food wasn 't there within the next 5 minutes, we 'd be going else where. The food came 8 minutes later and was cold. The pizza was tasteless and so were the fries. I 'm not sure what 's going on in that place but it 's a disorganized mess.
