Hitaishi Palace - Hāveri

It's not a great hotel to stay but has good restaurant in ground floor. But it is on the main road and very near to bus stand

The place was neat and reasonably clean (including the loo). There are AC and non Ac rooms. The ac room costs INR 884 for 2 people and an extra bed costs 150 more. Do carry your own toilet roll though! The bed is reasonably good and one can have a peaceful sleep. There is a restaurant in the first floor, which serves vegetarian food at a very reasonable price. The hotel is also situated in the main road and just 3 Kms or so from the national highway 4 ( bangalore to mumbai). Overall a great value for money place and better than staying somewhere in Hubli or Dharwad, when you are in NH 4.
