Taco Bell - Haverhill

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. my friend and I came to taco bell at 6:45 and ordered a crispy wrap and two sprites. at 7:10 we waited for our food. the car before us was about 12 minutes in the order window. the cars behind us, and we also started to honk. a young worker then leaned out of the window and started throwing us out. absolutely disgusting and completely unprofessional. I will never visit this taco bell again and hope that the personal gets her act together.

We ordered online through the app and picked up in store. My husband went in to pick it up, and he told the lady at the register he was picking up an online order. She said they only had one but it didn't go through then just walked away out back. Another employee walked up, asked for the name on the order, and promptly gave us the bag of food ready and waiting at the counter. At least she was helpful! They also made all of the food correctly which usually doesn't happen at other taco bell locations, so that was a positive

I used to love this Taco Bell. Over the last few visits, however, I have decided it's not worth the frustration. They rarely get the order right. The staff has been completely uninterested in paying attention, or really doing much of anything it seems. I really hope it turns back around. I like Taco Bell, but this location has not been good for some time now.*Edit* I came here again recently because my kids wanted it, and they actually did get all the food right. The service at that moment had vastly improved over my last several visits here. Hopefully they have turned a corner in a good direction.

This place use to be a normal taco bell but the last two times I went the hard shell tacos taste and smell like chemicals! I had to throw away my entire order today. I don't know what happened/changed but I would not order anything hard shell. It genuinely tastes like chemicals and burned my mouth.

40 minutes for one taco and one quesadilla, manager should be fired. Worst I’ve ever experienced! Avoid this location.
