Dunkin' Donuts - Haverhill

Went to another dunks in Haverhill and ordered a Charlie cold foam. It was made terrible so I went to this dunks and explained what happened and the closing crew remade it for me free of charge. HUGEEE shout out to Alfonso, Julissa, and Wilvan for the amazing service!!!!

Good times! Feel bad for the employees… they dealt with an understaffed crew. It may be better now.

I do not typically rate fast food 5 stars. It often times is more of a convenience than a pleasure. This place is an exception. Dunkin ' has an unfortunate quirk where the food and drink orders come in separate and so most places, when you place an 'on-the-go ' order(I had been saying 'Mobile order for Thomas. ' forever before I realized that isn 't the term they actually use) you end up with your latte immediately and you have to ask for everything else you ordered. This place has everything you ordered in a bucket ready when you get there and a zippy mobile lane to carry you on your way. If you are a regular at Dunks, I highly recommend the app, you get free coffee here and there( 'coffee ' being whatever size and construction you happen to want). And there are occasionally special lanes for mobile orders. You can walk right inside for indoor on-the-go orders and grab your order off of a pedestal. If you are new to dunks, take the slow lane, take your time, walk inside, read the menu. Mull it over. It 's ok. This dunks is a five.

Located on River St by I-495 in Haverhill, MA. New renovations have improved the interior. Much better look and flow. Food is the same with few exceptions. Wish they would provide vanilla cream filled donuts (secret..., don't tell my gf).
