First time through the drive thru the lady charged me TWICE told me it didn?t go thru when in fact she charged me for the ppl behind me and then tried to give me their iced coffee when I got hot I spent an extra $15 on an order not mine. No one resolvedor reached out on this issue after contacting them. Today they forgot my food order after they told me to go to the secondwindow after waiting for so long having to remind them what I ordered thru gave me the stalest bagel trying to hide it withburning it in the toaster. I never complain but this is the worst dunks I?ve ever been to.
Literally one of the worst Dunkin' donuts I've ever been to in my life. I've gone here too many times, and been disappointed with the service way too many times. This also being the supposed training headquarters for the Dunkin' donuts in this areareally doesn't say much for any of the other ones either.
Used to be my favorite location (Winter st. but in the last 2 years has gone downhill. I blame management. Workers look tired. Nobody is trained. 6 people behind the counter and it takes 10 minutes to make my small regular coffee. I'm a frequent clientand the customer service leaves much to be desired. No smiles, no greeting, manager snaps at customers. Lately I get treated asa nuisance and not a customer. Owner doesn't obviously care since they are banking millions. Time to just make it at home.
This is the only place I go for my coffee and sometimes donuts. Very convenient. Great staffs.
