Przekaż informację zwrotnąI can't believe what happened at this restaurant. When I mentioned I had a hundred-dollar bill, the staff informed me that they could only provide twenty dollars in change. So I asked the driver if he could call me while I paid with my card. He didn’t respond and just headed to his car. I then told him I would call to pay over the phone instead. After completing the payment, I stepped outside, only to find that the driver was gone—maybe he was gone for a minute or two. I called back and informed the manager that the driver had left. I expressed my frustration because he was going to another location, and my food would likely be cold by the time it arrived. The manager assured me he would have the driver return with my order. This was twenty minutes ago. It's unbelievable how poorly managed this place is, especially when Mark is in charge. It’s absurd. They had no issue taking my money, though. I will definitely be contacting corporate about this, as this situation is beyond ridiculous.
The tracking showed that my order was ready, but when I arrived at the store, it wasn't prepared. I ended up waiting, even though they just needed to open a box to get two salads. It took 45 minutes, which was quite frustrating. They really need to work on their efficiency.
At first, I was pleasantly surprised by their pizza, but it seems the quality has declined. The extra large pizza comes with very few toppings, and there’s a lot of crust around the edge. On the positive side, the ordering process is excellent.
I had a frustrating experience with my order. Gary seemed unable to locate my address, which is surprising since he should have access to Google. I placed my order at 6:15, and by 7:07, I still hadn't received it. I had to call to find out why my order was canceled. I suggest going to Amesbury instead; at least their drivers can find addresses. I've never had an issue with them before and have always received my food on time. I ended up telling the restaurant not to bother sending my order since it was too late; I wasn't going to wait another hour for an overpriced pizza.
I placed my order over two hours ago, and my food still hasn’t arrived. The GPS tracker showed the driver going the wrong way in New Hampshire. It even randomly indicated that the order was delivered, but it hasn’t arrived at all. I’m trying to reach the restaurant for a refund, but I’m not having any luck.
