Snack Waoo - Havana

This restaurant is awful. The waitress didn't understand that I wanted a dish without meat, egg, and milk, even though I communicated this in Spanish. I ended up with a bowl of only salad, nothing else. When I asked for something different, she even offered me tombs.

This is not your typical grab-and-go snack spot, but rather a sophisticated and upscale restaurant and bar. The food was excellent, with a variety of vegetarian options available despite it being a steakhouse. I highly recommend it. I enjoyed fried chickpeas, a customized salad, a large eggplant appetizer, and mango ice cream.

It is difficult to find vegan options in Cuba, so it was a pleasant surprise to come across a few choices including a starter. The food was decent, but I was just grateful to have options available.

This is not just a snack bar, despite its name. It is a very nice, high-end restaurant and bar that offers full service. The food was excellent, with more vegetarian options than usual for a steak house. I highly recommend it. I enjoyed fried chickpeas, a customized salad, a delicious eggplant appetizer, and mango ice cream.
