El Cafe - Havana

Ser una persona vegana en Cuba no es fácil por varios motivos, y uno de los que más afecta en restauración es la carestía de productos clave. En este café, por suerte, tienen un par de platos con hummus, además de algunas (pocas) otras opciones, y entienden qué es se vegano. Lo mejor, la belleza del lugar y el servicio eficaz.

Great local specializing in sandwich-based breakfasts, juices and coffee, but it is also worth trying your fresh fruit dishes, yogurt with fresh fruit, granola and toast (agria bread) with butter or bitter orange jam, and even hummus with cucumber, tomato, carrots and toast.

Coffee and juices are very good and you can even have a hot milk shake (but they would not make a coffee with the milk.) the total staff is very inflexible when adapting the elements in the menu.

Beautiful caffe with excellent employees and delicious meals. her home made ingwer juice is the best! we had the hummus plate with fresh vegetables and toast, vegan roasted sandwich and carrot and cocosn sweet suppe. great coffee too.
