Bistrot De La Fontaine

The meal was good but unfortunately, it took 25 minutes to go and see what was going on to take our order. The order finally arrived 30 minutes later. It’s really a shame because the staff is friendly, the pleasant setting and the good food (it’s just reviewing the cooking times).

Very nice place, but very bad reception, no coordination, We ask for an aperitif before dinner we serve it half an hour after at the same time as the meal, I ask for a carafe of water the manager arrives without a look takes me the carafe of water, brings her pause on the table without a smile at all. We ask her for a sparkling water with the desserts card, she brings us back the sparkling water but without a card without a card, we wait for about 20 minutes always nothing at once we do not take dessert or coffee, we will settle our meal we inform her but very friendlyly what it was, and there answer from the manager if you are not happy choosing another restaurant and do not return. Is the answer worthy of a restoration manager? For me not the criticisms said very kindly are always constructive constructive, It would have just had to say apologise for me it is our fault and that was all. Really we absolutely do not recommend this restaurant that is not worthy of a restorer

This establishment is consistent with our expectations. our children are from the city of Hauteville-Lompnes. good price beautiful menu of dishes. I recommend it.

We went there several times and were never disappointed. Very good cuisine!Very reasonable price. We have always been very well received and it is often the only restaurant open on Hauteville during the week! Congratulations to the whole team and continue as well. We will return Eat to the fountain brewery when we are on vacation!
