Hôtel Nendaz 4 Vallées SA

We went and visited this new place, its really a gem!! Beautifull decors, the spa is marvellous and ambiance is chalet style in a luxury way. Looks like a 5 stars to me!!!...ok, true they are in soft opening state for technical issues, which is normal as they openned on december 20th. As we didn't sleep there we can only speak about the food, the warm & cosy ambiance in the lounge & bar, the excellent service with F&B Manager and staff knowing exactly what they were doing! We were delighted with the food and service. We had raclette traditional and platters of fresh meats and cheeses In a few months time, all the problems about "soft opening" will just be a vanishing memory. Really worth a F&B experinces and a stay.

Restaurant has a beautiful view over the little town and mountains, the seats are really comfy, the food is fantastic, the service too, loved it so much here.

The restaurant offers a nice view of the facing mountains, this is amazing. The staff is professional and helpful. On the other hand, it's quite expensive and the menu is extremely short. A bit too much... nice to go on a date for a special occasion but not executional in terms of dishes and tastes.

We had dinner there and the food was very disappointing... Cheese brûlée collapsed with a touch of spoon and there was not much to eat, also we went for chicken and risotto for mains, chicken was small and tasted more like pork, risotto was runny and had a smell of swimming pool. Restaurant manager kindly taken risotto of the final bill but the issue was that we both left the table feeling hungry and with CFR299 bill!!! I have to say the breakfast was wonderful though, great selection and fresh! Unsure why they got the dinner menu so wrong.... Would not return there for lunch/dinner

The hotel has really added some sophistication to Haute Nandez and surprisingly is extremely good value. We went expecting to pay top prices for our meal and were actually amazed when the bill arrived because it was almost half what we expected. The food was excellent and service also good but I was surprised that our waitress didn't speak any English-only French. That is my only criticism because for an international hotel one expects to be able to use English every where.That said however, the reception staff spoke excellent English.
