Simply amazing, everything is made fresh to order so be prepared to wait, but it's totally worth it the flavour and texture were phenomenal!

I would give this full five star if possible. You will veganize all «vegetar» options. My favorite is Koch's choice, always interesting what they do. It always looks and tastes amazing. Sometimes they contain big tofu. The Jalapeño sauce is vegan and sooo good. Fun Fact: The cook in this special restaurant won the "Weltsushi Cup" in Japan. Absolutely blown away by the sushi here, original and creative, every part of the meal tasted great. We especially loved the ‘chef’s choice’ option which was a delicious surprise. Definitely recommend.
