Wendy's - Hattiesburg

Was in HattieBurg Mississippi's saw Wendy's i was hungry so i went inside order 5 dollar box the food an service was good

I had their Strawberry Chicken Salad with Champagne dressing. Nuts were separated. The lettuce was a spring mix. Made fresh and you could tell. Service was fast and sweet.

Rude customer service! Drive-thru worker got my order messed up. Was charged extra for food I didn’t not request. When I informed them I was charged extra, the workers had an attitude and didn’t apologize for any inconvenience! They acted as if I was the one with the problem when in fact, it was them who got my order wrong! I understand people make mistakes but own up to it and apologize! Kindness and courtesy are lacking in this generation especially amongst the youth! Won’t be returning to this location whenever I’m in Hattiesburg.

Was the longest wait for only two cars in the thru running gear and even got the order wrong they were more concerned about personal phone calls than customer on the handfood: 3/5

Had to wait when I went up with only one person in the line I was in order. they get into the window and pay them halfway down 49 and I paid $8 for them to give me the wrong meal. no reception to call and let them know. no care. I'll stop at 49 the next time.
